Looking for a bike training camp that gives you sun, beach, hills, excellent Italian cuisine and endless biking country? First Light now offers a training camp in one of the best training grounds on the Italian Adriatic to give you an unforgettable training week.


The sun-drenched region of Romagna, teems with long, beautiful beaches, top-end sports facilities, fine restaurants and lush countryside perfect for cycling. This is the home of the late, great Marco Pantani, who trained on the same roads you’ll cycle on. The area has a long tradition of cycle racing and is a preferred training ground for Italian cyclists due to the stable weather, varied terrain and access to excellent routes.


At the heart of this experience is your 3 star hotel overlooking the sea. The hotel caters exclusively to cyclists and and triathletes and boasts a long tradition of hosting cycling-related events, providing all on-site services necessary for the serious cyclist. Food is hearty, healthy, fresh and plentiful. Thanks to all these ingredients, the Romagna area is an ideal place for a cycling holiday or serious training.

Nove Colli Package Week - May 17-24, 2008 - €1415
This is a unique opportunity for top cyclists to be part of this long distance race that gathers over 8000 enthusiasts from all over the world. The departure is held from Cesenatico, Marco Pantani’s home town. The 2008 edition will take place on May 17-24 and offers contestants a challenging ride of over 200 km or a shorter ride of 125km, with gradients of 15% on 9 rugged hills. You can take part in the race or watch it as part of your regular training week.


Coppi Bartoli Festival Week - March 22-29, 2008 - €1175 
This is the right week for your early spring training camp if you want to meet some of the best known riders and teams of the Pro Tour as many pros stay in the same hotel with you. Last year Gerolsteiner and Flamina stayed at our hotel so there's plenty of time to rub shoulders with the cyclists. 

You’ll have a to live “elbow to elbow” with them, take part in the great party at the presentation of the teams and feel the excitement of the racing days. The “International Week Coppi-Bartali” is a 5 day stage race that covers part of the region of Romagna which starts in Riccione on March 24 2008.

Spring Training Week - May 17 - May 24 2008 - €1175
Bring your bike club or cycling buddies for an excellent week of varied riding. Climb to San Marino, ride into many medieval villages tucked away in the many valleys. The roads are superb, weather excellent and food plenty. For large groups, contact a Trip advisor for special discounts.
